The artwork for these beautiful cards is taken from a cabinet-size set of 1914-15 calendar cards, of which only one example is known to the hobby. What could have been a highly desirable Dead Ball Era issue, it appears the calendar cards never left the proof stage.<br> <br>But what if this art had been released as contemporary-sized cards? With full-color art, a rare Joe Jackson, and a high percentage of Hall of Famers, we believe they deserve to see the light of day in this format as “a set that never was”.<br><br>Set of 6 cards plus a numbered header card measuring 2.25" x 3". Limited to 50 total sets.

You will receive a set of 18 backs plus a header card, each approximately the size of their original T206 counterparts. Cards are printed in full color on recycled card stock. Each reprint set is complete in that it contains one reprint card for each advertiser known to grace the backs of T206 White Borders.

"1937" Diamond Match Co. Cards & Boxes

What if... after printing baseball-player matchbooks in 1935 and 1936, The Diamond Match Co. began printing cards and inserting them into matchboxes? This offering explores that possibility with five "1937" cards, following Diamond's recognizable branding. <br><br>Available in combinations of cards and vintage Diamond matchboxes, or available as a full set of cards. Cards measure approximately 1 1/4" x 2 7/8". Total print run is limited to 75 sets of cards.

"1915 Zeenut" Babe Ruth Card

What if... Zeenut produced cards for the major leagues in addition to their regional, PCL offering? It's a fascinating concept considering the originals were issued over a span of nearly 30 years and consist of more than 3,000 cards. That in mind, our first fantasy Zeenut card features The Babe himself. Card measures approximately 2" x 3.75". Stamped with the Pre-War Prints seal and hand numbered out of 50.

What if... Piedmont had been the purveyors of the classic caramel popcorn treat we all love? And what if Piedmont had inserted cards into it's confectionery treat in 1914? Might the result have been the red front designs we're familiar with, on traditional tobacco-sized cards? Clearly a fantasy, but we had fun imagining the issue we're calling “E206". Two classics, with no need to worry about caramel staining. First Series is limited to 1,000 total cards and consists of 22 player photos. Each "pack" contains one, randomly selected T206-sized card. Full sets do not come in wrappers.
